We test the strength of the chair while simulating the weight, motion and the wear across years of sitting, all compressed into one rigorous test. This is how we make sure each chair we produce is up to the standard, not just in our showrooms but in messy, real and everyday work also.
We press, push, and lean into our armrests like users naturally would do, again and again. The overall strength of a chair often shows up in the smallest parts and we refuse to use the weak components.
Our Chairs’ movement is tested by motion. We roll, rotate and repeat thousands of times until the base cracks or the wheels broke, We strive to produce the maximum stability that is always smooth from day one to 3000.
Our chairs are designed to endure your fatigue while working. We test our seat and back hundred thousand times with load 200-300 Kgs, just like someone getting up and sitting down again and again. This test is done to check that our seats are supportive and backrest stays firm.
You doesn’t always sit down gently and we don’t test it that way. We drop 100+ kg weight onto the chair in sudden impact, checking its ability to absorb shock without losing structure or comfort.
