Warranty Coverage
All Arbiterr products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, designed to ensure your peace of mind. The warranty exclusively covers:
- All Accessories & Components
- Includes mechanisms, castors, bases, armrests, hydraulics, and other key parts that contribute to the chair’s function and comfort.
- Manufacturing Defects Only
- Any defect arising from the manufacturing process that affects the performance, safety, or durability of the chair is covered.
Warranty Not Coverage
While we ensure the highest quality, the following aspects are not covered under warranty due to their nature or regular wear and tear:
- Chrome Finish
- Cosmetic issues such as tarnishing, fading, or scratches on chrome-plated parts due to exposure or usage are excluded.
- PU & Mesh Fabric
- Upholstery wear and tear, discoloration, stains, cuts, or damages due to improper use or cleaning are not covered under this warranty.
